When you make a payment, your payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details. We may receive and store limited transaction details from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing address, and transaction amounts.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, device type, and IP address. This data is collected through cookies and analytics tools only with your consent.

Error and Diagnostic Data

We use Sentry for error monitoring to improve the reliability of our website.   • Facebook Pixel — Advertising measurement and conversion tracking. Collects usage data with your consent.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact information from service requests is retained as long as necessary to respond to inquiries and provide services. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period afterward. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. Error and diagnostic data is retained temporarily for debugging purposes.
